3 Simple Techniques to Improve Every Relationship

Observe the people around you at home and at work and ask yourself are your relationships with each of these people great, fine or terrible. And if it’s not that great, do you do some things to improve it? All relationships: romantic, platonic or professional, have ups and downs. Fortunately, you can fix relational problems even with the simplest techniques.

1.       Talk something positive before negative

Ever noticed when you share to your partner your day’s frustrations when you get home from work, the conversation becomes depressing and it may lead to a quarrel between the two of you. And if this happens a lot then you might build a problematic relationship. Although it’s healthy to talk about problems, why not start greeting your husband or wife when you get home and talk something positive first. It may be a funny anecdotal that happened at work or just tell that you miss him or her. Once you and your partner’s mood become light, then talking about problems after won’t be so depressing.

2.       Value your rights and others

It’s no picnic when you have a co-worker or anyone that doesn’t value you as a person with feelings and rights. If you are not obligated to see him or her every day, then try to avoid the person. If you can’t because it’s part of your work or schooling (or, gasp, it’s someone you live with) you need to stand up for yourself. Do it in a firm, civil way that can get your feelings straight and make the other person understand. With this, he or she will change his perspective of you as a weak person to a strong one.

3.       Truly connect with your friends

Ever had a friend that expects you to talk or text with him or her daily? It may seem normal but some people may find it a hassle, not to mention a lot of pressure. Your friend may have become attention-demanding because you don’t really focus him/her at the time when you two are hanging out. Nowadays, people are so wrapped up with their mobile phones that they’re not paying attention to their friends who are in front of them all the time. Always have serious one-on-one time with pals on weekends and maybe they’ll leave you alone on weekdays, the time when you need to focus on other important things.

How Long Can You Love Someone Who Doesn't Love You?

One of the hardest things in life is loving someone who doesn't love you back. You give your all but it's still not enough. And it will never be enough, you know why? Because they do not feel the same way as you do. No matter what you do, you cannot force someone to love you the way you wanted to be loved. Why do I know? Because I've been there. Perhaps I may still be in this situation. I can't find the words to say goodbye, as the song goes.

It's hard because you want to fight, you want to continue but even if you remind them of a hundred ways on why you love them, they give you a thousand reasons why you should give up.

You may call someone stupid to stick with this kind of feelings or relationship and I may agree but you can never tell someone to stop loving the one they love just as much as you cant ask someone to love you.

I don't know where this story will go but hopefully, like all fairytales, I will have my happy ever after in the end.

Heartaches, Moving On and Loving Again..

I read across the web while I was browsing, "Don't be sad because it ended, smile because it happened". While this is right, when the wounds are fresh, it is good to be sad and grieve. After you've cried your heart out, promise yourself not to cry for the same thing again, leave that shit behind! Harsh but true. Heartaches will rob our happiness but sometimes, heartaches make us better. It makes us wiser and smarter the next time we go on a date with someone. Maybe not a date but the next time we found a person to love.
Heartaches can make or break a person. When a person is broken after a heartache, sometimes the result is a shitty person who couldnt care less. It drives them to be hard and suppress their feelings until they no longer feel anything. I feel sad to those people who are like this. Lets call them the gamers :) Gamers are those who play with your feelings. They play around, A LOT. And the result? They make their toys like them. It's a cycle. Until they meet another gamer who plays the game better than them :) or, they meet a person that makes them believe in love again. I love that shit! Hahaha i mean when gamers stop playing because they've finally found the one who's more interesting than the game :) they lose the game but they gained something better :) true love.

For those who are broken, just got out of a relationship or those who are struggling to get over someone, you are not alone. You will always find a friend with Miss Beauitch ;)
